Copóns is a municipality in Catalonia, Spain. Belonging to the province of Barcelona, ​​in the region of Noya, to the north of Igualada, in contact with the Calafina plateau. It is made up of two valleys between the Rubió mountain ranges (681 m) and the Vinyals (661 m), drained by the Noya river and the Sant Pere stream, which form the headwaters sector of the Noya at the exit of the Calaf plateau and entrance from the Odena Basin. It includes the town of Copóns, head of the municipality, and the hamlets of Viladases and Sant Pere de Copons, covering 21.53 km².

It limits with the terms of Veciana and Prats del Rey (N), Rubió (E), Jorba (S) and San Guim de Freixanet to the west. The first four in Barcelona and the last one in Lleida.
